ABB Outdoor SF6 Gas Circuit Breaker
ABB make circuit breaker solutions for Medium Voltage substations and pole mounted applications for outdoor installations. ABB make outdoor SF6 gas circuit breakers provides customers with the full range of standard designs with the latest state of the art switching developments for increased safety and reliability.
- Maintenance-free poles made with porcelain insulators, assembled by means of flanges with terminals.
- Inspection window in the pole supporting casing near the operating mechanism signals.
- Base frame build from channel base of 75mm only
33/11 KV Outdoor Oil Cooled Current Transformer (CT)
33/11 KV Outdoor Oil Cooled current transformers (CT) in both type i.e. Live Tank Design and Dead Tank Design. CT are used to reduce the line current to a value which is suitable for standard measuring Instruments, relays etc as well as protect them.
- Withstand operational voltage and over voltage in the line.
- Withstand rated primary current in continuous operation without exceeding maximum allowed temperature rise.
- Sustain thermal and mechanical stresses developed due to system fault current.
- Feed current to external circuit with specified accuracy at specified primary currents.
33/11 KV Outdoor Oil Cooled Potential Transformer (PT)
33/11 KV Outdoor Oil Cooled potential transformers (PT) in both type i.e. Live Tank Design and Dead Tank Design. PT are used to reduce the line voltage to a value which is suitable for standard measuring Instruments, relays etc as well as protect them.
- Withstand operational voltage and over voltage in the line.
- Reduce the line voltage to a value which is suitable for standard measuring instruments, relays etc..
- Isolate the measuring instruments, meters relays etc. from high voltage side of an installation.
- Sense abnormalities in voltage and give voltage signals to protective relays to isolate the defective system.
